Workshop: #MeToo and You: Preparing For Your Future Career

When thinking about your post-graduation plans and what you might expect
in your new office or lab, there is a lot to consider! No tsure how to talk about
sexual harassment- what it is, what it isn’t, and if there is a culture of harassment
in the workplace you are considering? Wondering if you should investigate
reporting statistics as well as your graduate stipend? Not sure what any of this
means for you? Please join us for an interactive workshop co-hosted by the Honors
College and the Office of Civil Rights & Sexual Misconduct. You will learn how
to identify sexual harassment in the workplace, describe what you can do about it,
recognize the difference between intent and impact, and learn how you can contribute
to creating and maintaining a safe and respectful workplace environment for everyone.
