The American Medical Women's Association (AMWA) will be having its FINAL GBM in Jimenez Hall room 0125 (JMZ0125) on Monday, November 27th, 2017 at 7 PM.
As a reminder, we are an organization that promotes community among women with a pre-health focus. We have several events centered on community service, our wonderful guest speakers, and peer advisory boards that promote discussion and interest in the several factors that go into pre-health studies.
This meeting will be largely focused on ELECTIONS! We will be allowing members to run for various Executive Board positions, including: President, Vice President, Events Coordinator, Treasurer, and Service Coordinator. These are all wonderful opportunities, and exciting ways to get involved with the community of pre-medical women on campus! The positions will be selected with a voting and ballot system.
We hope that you all will come out and join us, and run for these positions. I personally am looking forward to seeing your shining faces there tomorrow!
