Part-time work in language research on Arabic at UMD Center for Advanced Study of Language (CASL)

CASL is seeking native or high-level speakers of Arabic to participate in a research project that continues through September 2018. The successful candidate(s) will be speakers of Syrian, Iraqi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Yemeni, or Egyptian Arabic. Ideally, the candidate will also have some computational abilities including knowledge of a scripting language and familiarity with
Linux. They will further have some knowledge of the geo-political region. The position requires a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the potential for more work during academic breaks. All work can take place remotely.
