Healthyouth
is seeking 20 volunteers for each winter volunteer program hosted in
Thailand and Peru. This program offers students an opportunity to expand
their clinical skills as well as implement health education programs in
elementary schools. The program is a chance to explore a new culture
while learning new practical skills that can be carried into a
professional career.
The program dates are from December 20th, 2014 to January 10th, 2015.
All volunteers will be accompanied by an in-country coordinator as well as a fellow student coordinator.
The
program fee includes your room and stay, 3 meals a day from Monday to
Saturday, transportation while in country and any expenses accrued for
the the clinical or public health program.
