Internship: The Smithsonian National Museum of American History

The Smithsonian National Museum of American History is looking for students who are interested in fall internships! The deadline is July 1, 2013. You must apply on the Smithsonian Online Academic Appointment (SOLAA) system: https://solaa.si.edu/solaa/SOLAAHome.html. There you must create an account and upload your résumé, two letters of recommendation (one academic, and one work/intern/volunteer --- if related to the internship, if not submit two academic), two page essay (summarizing academic/work/intern/volunteer experience and learning expectations) and your transcripts (can be unofficial).
