WHO WE ARE
We’ve made it our mission to stop food waste in its tracks. Our juices are made with “ugly”
produce that usually fills landfills because they don’t fit our grocery beauty ideals. We love
our Misfits, and you will too.
 
YOUR MISSION
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll represent our brand on the front lines— you’ll demo
and promote our products in new and core accounts to help build our ever-growing
customer base + increase sales at our stores!
● Execute in store retail demos to increase sell-through in key accounts
● Develop relationships with customers (our Misfit family!) while educating them on
the Misfit brand and story
● Stay tuned during demos for opportunities to connect with potential partners or
supporters to secure possible future events where the brand can thrive
● Prevent product out-of-stocks by restocking the shelves from backstock as well
as rotating product by best-buy date
● Strengthen store relationships by engaging with store team members or
distributor representatives
● Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to provide key insights on in store
updates as well as strategic input across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

WHO YOU ARE
● A dynamic communicator who loves being in front of people and who is able to
talk with all types with people
● Care about the environment, people, and food
● Enjoy hustling — you’re scrappy, and you can figure things out on the fly
● Are independent but a team player: you check in frequently and crush it when
you’re on your own
● Easy to get in contact with via email or text and quick to respond
● MUST have 20+ hrs of weekday and weekend availability (demos are typically
10:30AM-2:30PM or 2:30-6:30PM). Have to be available on the weekends!
● Our accounts are all around DC, MD, VA – access to a car is a plus!
