Not sure if BTC is for you?  Take our Self-Assessment:

Let’s look ahead at your life, a few semesters from now:

Here you are.  Recent college grad.  And you landed an interview for a job.  Nicely done!  (Nice shoes, too.)  It’s all going so well— and then your interviewers ask:

“Tell us why we should hire you.  As a recent graduate, what sets you apart?”

Is this the moment where:
A.) You tell them about your strong GPA and how you *almost* made summa cum laude…?
B.) You wish you were Katniss Everdeen and could be all “Thank you for your consideration” after doing something awesome...? (But you’re not, so good luck with that.)
OR
C.) You tell them about:
your life-changing internship,
and how you organized student-led campaigns to solve real-world problems you care about,
and how you networked with powerful change-makers from the D.C. area and beyond,
and how you thrived in a community of amazing peers from all walks of life...

...and how those experiences have prepared you for a career in your field…?

If you answered A or B, then you need to go beyond the classroom before you graduate— and if you answered C, then you know you need to keep going beyond the classroom.
