Farmers Market Canned Food Drive

This November, the Farmers Market at Maryland is collecting food for the College Park Community Food Bank. Please bring clean, non-dented canned and boxed food items, not past their expiration date to the Farmers Market at Maryland on Nov 6, Nov, 13, and Nov 20. The market is located outside Cole Fieldhouse and is open from 11am – 3pm.

Suggested items include: soup, peanut butter, canned fish (tuna), pasta sauce, canned fruit (in juice or light syrup), canned veggies (no salt added or low sodium).

The College Park community Food Bank works to reduce hunger in College Park and the surrounding communities by giving away free boxes of food on the 3rd Saturday of each month.
